SERVICES

Design

No matter the need or application, the design phase of our services represents the ground floor of every project. It begins with a site visit and client consultation to discuss your overall vision and objective. Gathering detailed measurements, a site assessment and input on the preferred look and application of the space, we formulate a free, no obligation estimate and digital rendering to help you make the most informed decision about your synthetic turf project. It’s a collaborative process, and the foundation of creating unique and functional spaces to be enjoyed for years to come.

Installation

While every project poses its own unique needs, nuances, and challenges, installing our synthetic turf systems often involves the same core steps. For outdoor spaces, we start with any necessary site excavation, which can be done by hand or machine depending on the project scope. If warranted, we may also bring a dumpster on site for efficient waste removal. Once excavated, we prepare an aggregate base, and the turf product is rolled out to acclimate to the environment. Multiple pieces may be joined, and seams are carefully masked to prevent showing. Finally, infill is spread over turf and brushed into place to aid in ensuring a smooth surface and keeping the product in place over time.

Some projects may require padding. Some may be installed over solid surfaces like concrete, which require an adhesive tape. Our indoor projects also typically utilize a complex bracket system as part of the installation process. Regardless of need, you can be assured your project will take shape with expert installers, leveraging decades of synthetic turf expertise.

Maintenance

In addition to a two-year installation warranty on all projects, we offer an optional maintenance program to help keep your synthetic turf looking and performing like new. For outdoor surfaces, this typically includes any necessary debris removal, supplemental infill, pet hair removal and Oxyturf application.

Also available through Xtreme Green for self-applications, Oxyturf is a hydrogen-peroxide based surface cleaner, deodorizer, degreaser, and disinfectant. This no-rinse formula smells like freshly cut grass, kills many pet specific viruses and pathogens, as well as mosquito and flea larvae. With botanically derived ingredients, it also removes hard water deposits, and acts as a fungicide and mildew-stat. It kills 99% of all harmful bacteria and viruses, including COVID-19, and is the only EPA-registered cleaner specifically designed for synthetic turf.
